The Opinel pocket knife is passed down from generation to generation. It is now available with a rounded end for younger users. Its blade can trim sticks, cut string and cardboard, make shelters and sculpt small wooden objects. Also food safe so can be used for kitchen or garden tasks from harvesting from the veg patch to peeling an apple and is the perfect picnic accompaniment. The dual safety lock allows the blade to be fixed in a closed or open position. As a sharp object My First Opinel must be used under adult supervision.
The knife comprises a 8cm long round-tipped steel blade and a hornbeam wood handle, varnished to be protected against moisture and marks.

How to Look After Your My First Opinel Knife:
Protect the beautiful wood handle by washing in warm soapy water and drying soon after. Not recommended for dishwasher.
